My Practice
Over the past ten years, I’ve worked with individuals and groups across the lifespan, ranging from children to older adults, in various non-profit, social service, and healthcare settings.
In my current practice, I support individuals aged 7+ with mental health issues, anxiety, burnout, grief/bereavement, stress, and trauma. I also work with people who are experiencing challenges related to gender identity, sexual orientation, and relationships.
Understanding mental health from a (w)holistic perspective, I recognize physical, psychological, social, structural, and spiritual factors impact wellbeing. Using a trauma-informed and collaborative approach, I’ll work with you to explore your values, priorities, and strengths to figure out how we can integrate them into your healing journey. I incorporate evidence-based treatments, mainly deriving from narrative, parts work/ego state, EMDR, SSP, emotionally-focused, and acceptance and commitment therapies. That said, I’m open to your feedback and we can adjust our approach to our therapeutic work as needed.
I look forward to connecting with you!

I obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with honours in Psychology and Sexuality Studies in 2019 and a Master of Social Work degree in 2023 from Carleton University.
